WordsValley

Words Valley initiated as a non profitable project to further enhance the availability of free content to the less fortunate peoples of the world.[1]

WordsValley is engaged in the translation of freely available archived books from sources like project gutenberg into languages like urdu/hindi. This project is being financed mostly by ads. However, philanthropists have shown interest in funding the translation project directly.

WordsValley beta(i) offline portals are already functioning in few schools & libraries of asia. These Offline portals were designed after a result of bandwidth tests done in several countries. Schools/libraries without access to internet or internet with low bandwidths could not make use of the free content on the internet. The portals include libraries of indexed books + integrated course management systems.

The course, learning and library management solutions created by wordsvalley are used in several different institutions around the globe. WordsValley has created free management solutions for the developing and developed countries. Thus, bridging the information gap and providing better management of content. These systems are a combination of drupal[2] and moodle [3] . The cms designed by WordsValley is a compendium and connects both Drupal and Moodle.
